Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

Parties

This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Nexrizen LLC ("Nexrizen") and the person or company submitting the sign-up form on this site ("You" or "Your Company").

What's Covered

Anything shared during calls with the AI companion, including but not limited to: business information, processes, challenges, financials, strategies, employee details, client information, and any other details discussed during the conversation.

What's Not Covered

• Information that is already publicly available
• Information that was independently developed without reference to confidential information
• Information that is required by law to be disclosed

Duration

Confidentiality obligations last 2 years from the date of the call.

Effective Date

This agreement takes effect when the sign-up form is submitted with the NDA checkbox checked. Checking the box and submitting the form constitutes acceptance of these terms.
